We verify before we list.
Every property on our books has had title verification before we show it to a client. That means C of O checks, gazette confirmation, and AGIS registry cross-checks. If the documentation is not clean, the property does not go live.
We are also the developers.
Four of our estate sites, Comfort City in Kuje, Lugbe Estate, Peace City in Suaka, and Solar City in Apo, are Pentagon Homes developments. You can inspect prototype buildings at Comfort City before committing to anything.
Diaspora clients buy through us remotely.
Clients in the UK, US, and Canada have completed purchases without visiting Nigeria. We handle site inspections, documentation, and handover on their behalf. Nothing is finalised without their written approval at each stage.
We tell you when to walk away.
If a deal does not pass our due diligence, we say so. We have declined commissions because the paperwork was not right. That is the only thing that makes 'Reliability Assured' mean anything.
